| Your First Visit Your doctor will meet with you to personally review your health history and discuss your concerns regarding your dental health. A comprehensive exam will be performed which includes: necessary x-rays, screening for oral cancer and gum disease, cavity detection, and cosmetic evaluation. A treatment plan for needed care will be presented and discussed, and a thorough cost estimate will be given as you schedule your next appointment. |
| Appointments We consider a scheduled appointment a contract. Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. It is time that has been set aside in the busy doctor or hygiene schedule and involves other staff members and materials necessary in providing your dental care. Failure to keep your appointment has many effects including possibly not being able to serve other patients who need care during that time. Therefore, a 24 hour notice is required for any appointment changes. A $50.00 fee will be charged if 24 hour notice is not given. |
