Financial Policy

It is our firm policy that your payment be made in
full at the time dental care is provided. We accept
cash, checks, debit, Discover, Visa, MasterCard
and Care Credit.

Senior Discount

There is a 10% senior discount for patients 62 years
of age or older. (When paid in full on or before the
date of service.)

Dental Insurance

Most importantly, we will assess and plan your
treatment needs independent of your insurance
coverage. You deserve nothing less than the best
option if you so choose. Sometimes this means
that your insurance will only cover a portion of
what is best for your health.
Although insurance should not be thought of
as a “cover-all”, it can certainly be a great help
in assisting with many treatment costs. As a
convenience to you, our office will submit charges
for services directly to your insurance carrier and
provide you with an estimate based on the policy
information that you give us when you become a
patient. This does not guarantee coverage, but
it does make planning for treatment expenses a
little easier. It’s also important to remember that
most plans do include a co-payment or deductible
which must be paid by the patient at the time
services are rendered.
We will certainly attempt to maximize your
insurance benefits, but there may be portions
that are not covered under your policy. Ultimately,
you are responsible for payment for services
regardless of insurance coverage. Therefore we
will always aid and encourage you to understand
your own policy.
If for some reason your insurance company
has not paid their estimated portion within
60 days from completion of treatment, you
are responsible for payment at that time.
**Notice** If account is not paid within 90 days of the date
of service you will be responsible for legal fees, collection
agency fees, rebilling fees and any other expenses incurred
in collecting on your account.
